WASHINGTON (July 07, 2025) — The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) today announced the appointment of a new Chief Administrative Officer and expanded roles for two key staff members in recognition of their strong leadership and contributions to EEI’s member companies.
The following leadership changes were approved during EEI’s Board of Directors meeting in June:
- Holly Greaves joins EEI today as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Greaves most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and previously held the same position at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Greaves also brings private-sector experience from leadership roles at KPMG and EY. In her capacity as EEI’s CAO, Greaves will oversee Employment Testing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Accounting, and The Center for Energy Workforce Development.
- Kristine Telford has been promoted to Vice President, State Engagement and Public Affairs. Telford joined EEI in 2017 and most recently served as Executive Director of External Affairs. Telford leads EEI’s External Affairs department and is responsible for outreach to state and local legislators and external stakeholders. She also leads EEI’s public affairs practice and EEI’s State Practice team, supporting member companies as they navigate complex policy challenges while working to keep customer bills as low as possible.
- Kristen Siegele has been promoted to Executive Director, Government Affairs (Tax, Accounting, and Finance). Siegele joined EEI in 2022 and most recently served as Senior Director, Government Affairs (Tax & Finance). Siegele is responsible for leading EEI’s federal tax, external accounting, and finance advocacy, engaging closely with key government and industry stakeholders to advance member company priorities.
“I am excited to welcome Holly to EEI and congratulate Kristine and Kristen on their well-deserved promotions,” said EEI President and CEO Drew Maloney. “Each of these talented leaders will help EEI provide incredible value to our member companies as our industry works to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to the hundreds of millions of Americans we proudly serve.”
